Alessandro Licciardello was born in Catania in 1979, but his family is from Scordia. He attended the School of Art from 1995 to 1999. After finishing High School, he spent a year in New York where his mother lives.When he returned to Sicily he enrolled at the Academy of Fine Arts in Catania and here he followed the course of painting kept by the professor A. Bruno. Thanks to this latter, Alessandro joined the group of young artist called "Soqquadro" and took part in exhibitions of various artists.
He took his degree at the Academy in 2005. He lives between New York and Scordia where he's experienced artisting teaching.
